More reliable video export

Every size now exports cleanly.

Video is now sized in exact pixels and rounded to even dimensions, which is what MP4 encoders require. Canvas shapes that used to produce an odd height, and a failed or slightly soft export with it, now render cleanly.

File names follow suit. A 1080p export is named 1080, not 1081.
